Although officially registered in 2020, our organization has a long history of impactful work, having operated informally for many years. Over this time, we have built a dedicated and experienced team. Our workforce includes 18 rural development workers and resource persons, along with 7 project-specific training staff, bringing our total team to 25 skilled professionals.
